The commitment promises that changes are made in public with specific dates, and that the history of all versions stays available. This page is that history. A superseded version is never removed or edited — it stays at its own address, and the ledger records what changed and why.
Each version is listed with what changed and the SHA-256 of the exact source text it was built from, so a copy you hold can be checked against the copy we published.
